Hello all, Please refer to the letter of Zinat Khan in which she has shared that Arab women are most beautiful and this is the reason, Arabs choose to cover them well . Well that is true in most cases. However, most important reason for the evolution of special dress forms are also the requirements of weather and adornment. The word Hijab refers to covering up. Most do not know that the word Hijab is a generic word for covering up. Examining the dress design across the land , this gets clear. A Naga friend of mine told me that women among the Nagas in the olden days did not cover their breasts. Even so, elders could find out from the shape of the breast as to whether the girl had maintained virginity. Needless to mention, dresses reached late for many in the remote regions. Traditional dresses of the tribes demonstrate the extent of access to the dress post invention of sewing, stitching and embroidery. Pajamas were sewn first by Turkish muslims. 

Now, we have the variations of pajamas referred as pants, trousers, pantaloons etc. Pajama designs among the monks of Asia is also an indicator of the reach of the dress designs. Royal family dresses are an example of the advances in decoration with golden embroidery. In the modern times of internet, dress designs can be googled for learning on the transformation of designs and advances in the same. Marriages are the occassions for sewing the best dress for the bride and groom. This can be assessed . The word Hijab captures all dress forms. Headcovers are faith neutral ecologically intelligent protection against weather changes, dust, dirt and injury. This can be seen for both males and females. Thick pagries were made for protection against harm by weapons of assault.

In the light of the above, Allah has decreed the existence of the divinely chosen leadership of the age for the 7.85 billion commune of Adam AS and Hawwa AS. USA needs to share this with all in order to be VISHWA GURU. Knowing the identity of prophet Abraham known as Guru Brahmma and his location in history in the current 'Middle East' is most important.  Knowing the grant of divinely chosen leadership ,the position of being the divinely chosen Guide/Hadi/Huda is most important. Thus , there is no question of absence of the existence of the divinely chosen Guide/God/Huda/Hadi for the humanity for the obedience of Allah, the Samad ,the Nirguna. Emannuel Kant certainly did not  reflect on the commons in the expressions of Allahumma/Elahom/Om which is the call to Allah by all referring to prophet Abraham SUH and HRP known as Guru Brahmma. Most in this list have not yet been able to plan cognitive structuring in order to generate the advisory outputs in knowledge, allegiance and obedience of the divinely chosen leadership of the age. This has not happened due to invocation of labels in order to segregate self in the 7.85 billion commune of Adam AS, the first Muslim Khalifatullah and Hawwa AS, our common greatest grand parents.   This cognitive restructuring ,renewal and reunion of the self with the divinely chosen leadership is planned for acceptance of the unbroken chain of the divinely chosen leadership of the age. There exists freedom for the same. There exists choice for the same. This freedom for all here in this list is available. This choice is available. Where is the problem of freedom for all here in this list? Where is the absence of freedom in this regard. May be, leaders in North Korea are the only ones where free souls are not free to make a choice. 

Concluding this email, I wish to the inform all on the issues of cognition and learning and the nature of the moral judgement in reference to the acceptance of the divinely chosen leadership of the age and all those in the past whose adherents did not discriminate among the members of united human commune on the basis of some labels used for claiming part of Earth for some having some labels.  This is the Islamic/Sanatan Dharmic position in acceptance of the avatars, the descent of the Word of Allah, the Nirguna,the absolute.

Emmanuel Kant and his thoughts on the concept of world citizenship are referred in my Ph.D thesis as while expressions and references for the use of the concept of world citizen across the texts on Earth, I tried capturing all who had reflected on the same. Emmanuel Kant did not have a generous view for granting citizenship to all souls in response to their choices in the administrative regions on Earth. He did not want a merit based grant of citizenship either. He held of view of the some having rights to citizenship and others visiting the region to have rights to hospitality only. It appears, he was nurturing some exclusive rights for some who he considered native in comparison to others.

On Friday, January 14, 2022, Earth reaches the location that an observer on Earth recognizes as the constellation of Capricorn when he sees Sun against the backdrop of stars in the Celestial Sphere. The man is blissfully unaware of Earth’s motion and merely perceives the apparent motion of Sun, Moon, and stars.

The experience called Life is possible for man’s terrestrial home is set upon firm foundations so that it is never moved. The Celestial Drama unfolds on the vaulted Dome called Sky which seems to be strong and resembles molten looking glass.

Copernicus caused a revolution when he discerned reflections of the Earth’s own motion in the apparent motions of the planets, and stars. To the same extent, German philosopher Immanuel Kant (1724-1804) inaugurated a new era in the development of philosophical thought. He did comprehensive, and systematic work in Theory of Knowledge, Ethics, and Aesthetics.

Kant alters the nature of philosophic inquiry. He recognizes the limits of the philosophical traditions of both Empiricism that stresses Experience, and Rationalism that stresses Reason. He analyzes the tradition of Rene Descartes (Rationalism) and clarifies the tradition of Francis Bacon (Empiricism). Kant attempts to incorporate both Experience and Reason, without falling into the Skepticism of the empirical school and without embracing the unverifiable metaphysical structure of the rationalist school. He criticizes Leibniz rationalism in his book, “Critique of Pure Reason” (1781). In Kant’s view, objective reality is known only insofar as it conforms to the essential structure of the knowing mind. Only objects of experience or phenomena may be known. Things lying beyond experience or noumena are unknowable. Kant states that the human mind provides the forms and the categories that can be used to describe experience. He holds the view that the problems like the existence of God, freedom, and immortality are insoluble by scientific thought. Kant proudly asserts that he accomplished a Copernican Revolution in philosophy. He claims that the subject doing the knowing constitutes, to a considerable extent, the object of knowing; i.e., that knowledge is in part constituted by the mind itself which imposes its influence upon the data of experience. Hence, knowledge is the product of the knowing subject and not a simple description of an external reality. Kant accounts for the application of the mind’s principles to objects by showing that the objects conform to the mind; in knowing, it is not mind that confirms to things but things confirm to the mind. I examine this issue for its relevance to the fundamental concern about human existence.

The man’s earthly existence is conditioned by constant change under the influence of Space and Time. To make Life happen, the existence has to be synchronized with the external events on which the man has no control. While Earth is spinning at an amazing speed, the man perceives Earth as a motionless object, and experiences the apparent motions of planets and stars. The speed of Earth’s motion, if perceived, is not compatible with human existence. The reality of Sun shining brightly in the sky all the time is not also helpful for human existence. The man needs alternating periods of light and darkness called day, and night. Human existence demands alternating periods of wakefulness and sleep. To experience the physical reality called existence, the man needs the influence of a powerful illusion that changes the perception of reality of this world, and universe that is constantly changing, and moving. The man exists for he cannot alter the sensory experience of Sun’s journey across the heavenly dome.

Sir Isaac Newton demonstrated the properties of Light rays using experiments. Science explains the optical illusion when a Pencil is placed in water and the Pencil looks bent at the Water-Air interphase. Could Science remove the optical illusion and give man a chance to experience the reality of this Pencil? The Reality of this Pencil would be known if and only if the Pencil is removed from water as man has no ability to change the properties of Light rays.

The man is fortunate for things of world experience do not always confirm to the knowing mind.

This short letter to honorable Shakeel Ahmad needs to be elaborated in order to generate clarity on the operational aspects of the proposal for collection of Tithes/Ushr/Dashansh from across the masajids that is mandatory for all souls in allegiance to prophet Mohammad SUH and HRP in the light of verse 8:41 of the holy Qur'aan. Giving of 20 percent is the command. But this is not happening among the muslims and muslimas not pledged to Fatemi Khalifatullah at the seat of prophet Mohammad SUH and HRP. 

This is the reason, with the giving of 2.5 per cent nothing much is happening for the community. 12ers are giving KHUMS to the Ayatollahs but among the muslims and muslimas known as Sunnies ,only 2.5 per cent is given. Detailed Objectives:

Minimize the level of drop-out among the school-going students of the minority community and other underpriviledged communities, gradually, to a zero-level, within ten years of launching this project. This is expected to inspire the large percentage of boys and girls to go to school and madarsas rather than sit at home or engage in menial work. As per Sachar Report, more than 50% of the Muslim boys and girls in rural areas and more than 60% of those in urban areas neither go to schools nor to madarsas. In premier colleges, only 4% UG students and 2% PG students are Muslims. How can we demand more than 4% jobs in any sector?

THEY HAVE RECEIVED COACHING IN BIHAR ANJUMAN'S RAHBAR COACHING CENTRES (8TH GRADE TO 10TH GRADE) - ONLY GOVERNMENT SCHOOL STUDENTS RECEIVE COACHING, HERE, ON FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVED BASIS (WITHOUT ANY MERIT TEST) � THOSE WHO MIGHT OTHERWISE HAVE BEEN THROWN OUR OF THE EDUCATIONAL MAINSTREAM, INTO POSSIBLY UNLAWFUL AREAS OF ACTIVITIES. YOU ARE ABOUR TO SAVE MANY FAMILIES FROM THEIR POVERTY CYCLE.

The ultimate objective is to attain 100% literacy, for all the communities, and bring the deprived sections of the communities at par with the priviledged sections. 

Unfortunately, most of the muslim social groups miss out the vital point raised by us for long, regarding the cause of the percentage muslim representation in civil services, judiciary and other government jobs (or higher education) - remaining stagnant at 2.5 to 3. It�s important to ask once again what we have always asked.

And, unless we find the remedy for the real problem, the raw material, we would be actually doing only cosmetic make-over, no more.

Where's the raw material? Sachar Committee report says we are only 4% among the Indian graduates. So, isn't the 3% in UPSC an excellent share? It also shows that the %age applying for the coveted service is also very good.

So, basically the intervention of NGOs should be focused at increasing the percentage of raw material. Bihar Anjuman's intervention is just at the right level - the school.

Let's look further deep into the problem.

A high level committee formed to suggest measures to improve conditions of muslims after release of Sachar Committee report says 94.5% of Muslims are actually below poverty line. Which schools can these families send their wards to?

To government schools where no teaching takes place. So, if we see 4% graduates, we shouldn't be surprised at all. Right? So, please hold ur breath for a while, and now try to see where we must intervene.

Bihar Anjuman has been coaching the govt school children of 8th, 9th, and 10th grades so that the pass percent of this 94.5 % at 10th board level could rise. The only criterion of selection in these Rahbar Coaching Centres is the enrollment of a student in govt school - this is clear proof of his being form a BPL family.

Unless we prescribe the medicine for the right disease, we might be wasting our energy and resources by deploying them in cosmetic maneuvers.

After coaching for 8th, 9th, and 10th grades, the pass-outs of 10th board from Rahbar Coaching Centres, are further coached to be eligible for admissions to diploma engineering - the shortest route to respectable employment.
